We are truly in an unprecedented and ever changing situation at the moment, which is causing many of us alot of worry. The ORR Facebook page has been inundated with club members providing links to articles that can help individuals get through these really tough times. Whilst we are still able to, going out for a run has never been more important – however we must all practise safe running and social distancing.
